GOD’S UNSEEN EYES ARE WATCHING YOU

2 Chronicles 16:9, Proverbs 15:3

God’s unseen eyes are those of OMNIPRESENCE and ALL is open and naked before Him both in Heaven and beneath. He sees all good and evil done under the sun by the sons of men, no matter the geographical divide; His eyes are everywhere. Therefore, there is no hiding place from God. The unseen eyes of the Lord see ALL. He sees all disobedience, wickedness, atrocity, immorality, injustice, pride, and evil done by any man towards his neighbour, just the same way He sees all good, love, help, and care shown by any man towards his neighbour. These Eyes see way into the heart; discerning all, even before they are wrought by hands. Angel Lucifer sought to ascend above the Throne of God- just so all reverence him- but the eyes of the Lord saw him and threw him down. Cain, also, slew his brother and sought to cover it all, yet this set of unseen eyes saw and confronted him. Gehazi too, couldn’t hide his wicked way from the omnipresent eyes of God, through which Elisha saw. This young servant of the prophet desired in his heart to go after the riches and earthly materials rejected by his master from the hands of Naaman- the ‘leprous general made whole’. Now, after Elisha refused the various gifts and offers, Gehazi slipped out and pursued after Naaman for a portion of the gifts in the name of the prophet Elisha and he received the prophet’s gifts for himself. Unfortunately, this man was not well acquainted with the God of his master, Elisha, for he would have known that those eyes SEE and REVEAL all done on earth and in secret, be it good or evil. And so for his evil works, he was rewarded with a generational curse of leprosy which sadly affected not just him but his children and the next generations which knew not concerning the matter. This man’s sin discovered him. “There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked”- Isaiah 48:22.

These OMNIPRESENT eyes also saw the works of David, King of Israel, before and after he went in to Uriah’s wife.  David, in the cool of the evening went out for a stroll on the roof of his palace, and from there saw, a woman called Bethsheba washing herself. Her beauty captivated him, and he sent for her, just so he could lay with her, after which, she was found with child. Now we ought to know that all done in secret are seen by the unseen eyes of God; for David thought no one saw his wicked acts done with Bethsheba, till they were revealed by Nathan the Prophet of the Lord to him. But thank God for the man David, who sought for the mercy of the Lord more than he would have sought to defend his wicked act. This man desired the mercy of God sincerely and he was pardoned-2 Samuel 11-12. But unlike David, another man and his wife decided to lie without showing respect toward God. Ananias and his wife Sapphira wouldn’t have lost their lives if they had decided to tell the truth (even when Peter specifically asked). But rather, these two took counsel together to lie to Peter concerning the land they sold which belonged to them (taking no thought that He who sent Peter is not a man).  And so, their covered sins found them out that day before the congregation gathered together – Acts 5:1-11.

Our world today can be likened to the inhabitants of Israel and Judah in the days of Ezekiel, which thought the Lord God, had forsaken the earth for the sons of man to do as they please. This is why many commit so much wickedness beneath the sun and towards other fellow men. They believe that the Lord no longer sees all done in the earth and so increase greatly in iniquity, defiling the land with blood and filling it with perverseness -Ezekiel 9:9. They have refused to realize that a day is coming when God would judge the wicked and the righteous and all will get the reward according to his works- Romans 2:16. The eyes of the Lord sees the ways of men and His heart is open to receive any ready to repent and come to Him, forsaking the wicked path-Jeremiah 7:1-4, 9-14. Remember that the heart of man is desperately, greatly and dreadfully wicked, who can know it? No man can know the thought of another as they are hidden. But the Lord, Whose eyes see all, knows the thought of the heart of man, for He says, “I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to the fruit of his doings.” Jeremiah 17:9-10. All things are manifest and naked before His eyes- Hebrews 4:13. The Heavens are His and He does whatsoever is pleasant and good in His sight-Psalms 115:2-3, 16.

What are we saying brethren? God Almighty, the Creator of the heavens and earth, Maker of both the seas and land and all that dwell therein, the King of the whole universe is telling us that His eyes are all over and there remains not a place where His eyes do not dwell; they watch over all programs and affairs wrought by the hands and heart of men. There is nowhere a man can hide and not be seen. They see all done and will judge according to all done-Revelation 20:12. They go to and fro through the whole earth- Zechariah 4:10(b). They are the SEVEN EYES of the Lamb which represent the SEVEN SPIRITS of God sent forth into all the earth- Revelation 5:6. They see and even bless the righteous which work according to His good will- Isaiah 3:10.

The Lord has sent many as watchmen to the inhabitants of the earth to call more to repentance and to warn all who have trespassed concerning the coming judgement. His anger will be on those who refuse to go into the vineyard to warn all transgressors and His blessings on all who are willing to obey -Ezekiel 3:17-21. For “The time is come that judgement must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?” 1 Peter 4:17-18

Are you like your MASTER Jesus, who came into this world without sin, lived without sin and died blameless-defeating and overcoming the world and its fleshy lusts and wickedness? Remember that before death, He was stripped and whipped for our transgressions sake and dealt with for our redemption, wounded for our salvation and reconciliation; by Whose blood, we are REDEEMED!!!

Brethren, His eyes are all over you, seeing your works either good or evil… So why not live righteous, holy and blameless before Him?

REMAIN BLESSED!!!
